I added more left blank space to the left side of the Xbox One start buttons I found here:

I also added 1/255 alpha channel to all the transparent parts inside the button circle. 
So one can still access the right-click Classic/Open Shell context menu no matter where it's clicked.
Outside the circle, Win+X menu can still be accessed.
